The UROSID® 2000 Vertical Urine Drainage System without Needle provides an ideal solution to multi-day urine drainage. This is made possible by the urinary catheter which is connected to a tube that forms a separate system away from the urine bag. This aids in preventing CAUTI.

The system offers the following to keep the patient safe during the change process:

• Prevents backflow of urine from the catheter bag into the tubing thanks to a drip chamber with an integrated non-return valve
• Facilitates easy emptying of the urine bag thanks to the vertical cross valve
• The hydrophobic coated micro filter is impervious against bacteria, liquid-tight and regulates the ventilation of the bag
• Urine sampling port is used without a needle
